Liquidity without an outright sale
Use eligible assets as collateral to access funding while retaining the opportunity to benefit from their longer-term ownership, subject to the lender’s terms and collateral requirements.
Asset-backed lending
Partner-led lending and credit facilities secured against eligible crypto assets, securities and other approved collateral.
Triplus connects eligible private and corporate clients with specialist providers that can unlock liquidity without requiring the underlying assets to be sold.
Use eligible assets as collateral to access funding while retaining the opportunity to benefit from their longer-term ownership, subject to the lender’s terms and collateral requirements.
Depending on the selected provider and jurisdiction, collateral may include supported crypto assets, listed securities and other approved assets. Every asset remains subject to valuation, liquidity and lender acceptance.
Solutions may be structured for eligible private clients, family offices and corporate borrowers, with the facility matched to the client profile, collateral and intended use of funds.
Approved facilities may provide liquidity through supported fiat or stablecoin routes, with available currencies, drawdown methods and repayment options determined by the lender.
Asset values can rise or fall. If collateral falls below an agreed threshold, the borrower may need to provide additional collateral or repay part of the facility, and the provider may have rights to liquidate collateral under its terms.
All facilities are subject to jurisdiction, eligibility, affordability where applicable, KYC, AML, source-of-funds checks, collateral assessment and final approval by the lending provider.
Triplus does not provide loans, hold collateral or make lending decisions. We help prepare the case and introduce clients to third-party providers whose current appetite may fit the requirement.
